Meet our newest educator - Nicole Cummings-Morgan, a Registered Early Childhood Educator, recognized the pervasive Eurocentrism and subtle anti-Black racism in her field, leading her to feel unseen and unappreciated. In response, she co-founded the Community of Black Early Childhood Educators, creating a supportive space for Black RECEs to share experiences, learn, and advocate for change.
